Team Training Sessions – Coaches of AAU, YBOA, and Club teams and/or Junior High teams can bring their teams to train as a unit. Coach Saylor has worked with teams at all levels, from Middle School up through and including Professional teams. The Cleveland Cavs brought Coach Saylor up to Erie, PA to spend a week working with their D-League affiliate, the Erie Bayhawks, and many local youth teams have benefited from working with Coach Saylor. Coaches learn alongside their players, and they always come away with some insights on how to improve, both as individual players and as a team. Coach Saylor can also come to your gym and work during one of your scheduled practices. This is a great way to find out why players and teams from every level and from all over the United States want to work with Coach Saylor.
